URAL-Fertilizers, established in 1999 to develop URAL fertilizers business, are Russia-based nitrogen products manufacturer, one of the CIS' top five nitrogen fertilizer producers. Our business is to manufacture and market nitrogen fertilizers for agriculture, nitrogen products for industrial customers, and caprolactam for the chemical industry. Nitrogen plant nutrients are the primary focus of our business. URAL-Fertilizers are the second largest exporter of Russian urea and the fourth largest exporter of Russian ammonium nitrate. The Company is No. 1 nitrogen products supplier to the Russian market with a strong presence in the non-fertilizer segment, and a leading supplier of ammonium nitrate to the Russian mining industry.
